What should I expect from your office?

You will be greeted by our friendly staff and be taken well care of.  Our goal is to ensure you are completely comfortable in our office and our number one priority is that you leave relaxed and with a healthy smile.

When should I bring my child in for their first visit?

The Canadian Dental Association recommends “the assessment of infants, by a dentist, within 6 months of the eruption of the first tooth or by one year of age”.

Your child is welcome to come in at any age should you have any dental concern. We call our first appointments “Happy Visits”! We introduce all the equipment to your child such as the “tickle brush” polisher, “Mr. Thirsty” the suction and the moving dental chair “ride”. We gauge your child’s comfort level and will proceed on their terms. Sometimes the first visit is only a ride in the chair or it could be a complete cleaning and check-up. The purpose of the “happy visit” is to introduce your child to our office and dental team so they will have a lifetime of good experiences with us and to catch small problems early.

Do you run on time?

We pride ourselves on being on time. We care about our patients and if we are running behind it is likely due to an emergency or a special case where additional care is needed. If this occurs we will inform you of any delays. We appreciate your understanding and will provide you with the same special care in the future should you need it.

Do we send claims electronically for patients?

Yes, we are able to send primary insurance claims electronically for our patients. You can receive your reimbursement as early as the next day depending on the individual insurance company.

How do I pay?

What are your fees?
